Preoperative Diagnosis: Nasal obstruction secondary to deviated septum, turbinate hypertrophy, external valve collapse, internal valve collapse and open roof deformity (s/p nasal trauma) causing nasal inlet obstruction, pollybeak deformity
Procedure: bilateral inferior turbinate reduction, complex septoplasty for correction of deviated nasal septum, bilateral osteotomies, temporalis fascia harvest, and ear cartilage harvest. Spreader grafts, lateral crural strut grafts, rim grafts, and a columellar strut were placed.
Comments: Postoperatively, she has had a significant improvement in her profile. Her breathing is much better as an added bonus.
